All bespoke items will be approved by you before we print and we do ask all spellings and details are checked - as we can not change or refund these items if there is an error afterwards. 

Please allow up to 5 working days for your bespoke items to be made and shipped to you. So, if you are planning a gift - please make sure you order in time. 

If you are in a hurry for your item - please email us and we will do to get your item to you faster and can even arrange quicker delivery (cost to be covered by the customer)
